½ stick salted butter
3 cups finely chopped onion, cooked in butter until clear
2 Tbsp. minced garlic (could be replaced with garlic powder)
2 tsps. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup vinegar-based BBQ sauce
½ cup sweet BBQ sauce
1 pound pulled pork
½ pound shredded rotisserie chicken
1 pound smoked chopped beef brisket
½ pound smoked turkey (optional)
4 – 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes (we prefer Muir Glen fire roasted)
1 can drained whole kernel corn (optional)
1 can sliced new potatoes
1 quart cooked, previously-frozen lima beans
1 quart of chicken stock or broth
Instructions
Cook onions until clear in butter.

Instructions
Cook onions until clear in butter.
Stir in spices and BBQ sauces and blend well.
Add the meats. Next, add the canned tomatoes.
(Blend tomatoes if you don't want to see tomato pieces.)
Then, add all the vegetables.
Last, stir in the quart of chicken stock.
Simmer for a couple of hours.
Assemble in crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
